Maintains written records of audit results, monitors claims processing operations to ensure financial, operational accuracy and compliance; interprets claims processing rules; and identifies opportunities to improve claims audit policies and procedures.
Researches complex audit claims, and prepares summary of rules, regulations, statues, or contracts supporting approval or denial.
Assists in appropriate resolution of claims issues, as needed.
